AmirTech.ai ("we", "us", or "our") operates face.amirtech.ai ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered face search service.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and optionally your full name.

Face Images: Images you upload for face search are transmitted to our third-party face recognition provider (FaceCheck.ID) for processing. We do not permanently store your face images — they are deleted immediately after the search is complete.

Search History: We store metadata about your searches (timestamps, result counts, credits used) but not the actual face images.

Payment Information: Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage Data: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (e.g. purchase confirmations), comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Face images you submit are sent to FaceCheck.ID for facial recognition processing. FaceCheck.ID's privacy policy applies to how they handle your data. We do not share your face images with any other third parties. Images are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and are not retained by us after the search completes.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• FaceCheck.ID — Facial recognition API
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI result analysis
• Vercel — Web hosting and CDN

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@amirtech.ai.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact contact@amirtech.ai.

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Supabase Row Level Security (RLS), and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
