FaceSearch by AmirTech.ai is an AI-powered facial recognition tool that searches publicly available images and social media profiles. The Service uses FaceCheck.ID's facial recognition technology and Claude AI for result analysis.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Stalking, harassment, or surveillance of individuals
• Identifying individuals without their consent for harmful purposes
• Circumventing privacy protections or bypass anonymity
• Any illegal surveillance or law enforcement purposes without authorization
• Discriminatory practices based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics

You may only search for publicly available information. You are solely responsible for how you use search results.

Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based model. 1 credit = 1 face search. Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold or given to other users.

No Expiration: Purchased credits never expire.

Refund Policy: Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been used in searches are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact contact@amirtech.ai.

Failed Searches: If a search fails due to a technical error on our end, no credit will be deducted.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by AmirTech.ai. Search results are sourced from third-party platforms and are subject to their respective terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of facial recognition results. Confidence scores are indicative only and may not reflect actual matches.

AmirTech.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content accessible via our Service infringes your copyright, contact contact@amirtech.ai with a DMCA takedown notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
